Background
For years, G4 Consulting has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. G4 Consulting's expertise is in business valuation; however, we provide a range of services from basic tax management and accounting, to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, financial planning and litigation support.

Our mission is to help clients maintain or enhance their financial viability in the present while taking a proactive approach to achieve their future financial goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs, thorough research, and sound analysis. G4 Consulting is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Mr. Blair has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995 and is regulated by the state of Florida. Mr. Blair is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Blair has performed hundred of valuations and provides litigation support relating to various valuation issues.
Mr. Blair is a member of the American Institute and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Blair serves on several councils for Gerson Lehrman Group and is a member of the Round Table Group expert network. Mr. Blair has provided consulting services to: Barclays Capital, Anchorage Capital, Charter Schools USA, Fidelity International Investments, Tobin Properties, WPB Housing Authority, One East Partners, Strategic Value Partners, Bain & Company, Summit Partners, Cedar Hill Partners as well as other organizations.
Mr. Blair graduated from Florida Atlantic University, with a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. Mr. Blair has also performed as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche and served honorably in the United States Navy where he earned an Expeditionary Medal and Unit Commendation Award for his duty in the Persian Gulf and during Operation Eagle Claw.
Mr. Blair was formerly with Lennar Homes, Inc., in the Southeast Florida market. During his tenure at Lennar Homes, Inc., Mr. Blair held various high level roles, including: Division President, Division Vice President, Vice President of Acquisitions, Vice President of Sales, Controller, and Assistant Controller. Additionally, Mr. Blair held the positions of Business Development Manager/Interim Assistant Treasurer and Corporate Accountant for Lennar Corporation.
